Hi Greg,
Just had a look under my GQ & there's a bit of a gap between the chassis & body already (no lift).
Just get a nice thick piece of wood, cut one end into a "wedge" shape & bang it in there with a hammer until there's enough room to fit your lift kit, fit the lift, then pull the wood out... Repeat at each mounting point... Should work like a charm.
Hope this helps
Cheers, Brad

Buy a cheap Trolley jack and if need be, a large block fo wood on that, then put it under the body.. 1 side at a time.. then shove car stands under each side as you go. just loosen everything before jacking.. instructiosn on www.gqpatrol.com are easiest
done several of these setups now with compressor and rattle gun, last time we replaced body mount rubbers, we did it in 2 hours with 2 people doing it. (LWB)
Intersting to note, most people I know are removing their body mounts these days, puts loads of stress on the sheet tin floor pan and if your body mount rubbers are shagged can rip the floor.

Your two rear mount nuts can be really hard to undo. They are sposed to be captive but they break away and start to spin.
Be prepared for a little floor surgery maybe.
