GPS setting

I'm having trouble putting gps setting from camp4 book into my gps,It seems I need another number to complete the setting,possably in the last of the 3 lots in the book it reads
15 31 11 S my gps 15 31 11.? any ideas

Yeh what the previous poster said.....the coordinates in the book are DDMMSS (degrees, minutes, seconds) whereas it seems you are needing DDMMSS.SS (degrees, minutes , deciimal seconds). The decimal seconds should be set to 00 for these coordinates.

Depends also on the format used in the GPS, Garmins have it like this (S10 44.888 E142 27.572) with the letters first, some have letters last, some have the little o by the number , that little o must be deleted when adding Lat/Long to a Garmin
