No, not quite.

The agreement is that any photos uploaded still remain the intellectual property of the contributor while EO marks the photo as copyrighted.

Should photos be sold from the website then 50% of the sale price will accrue to the contributor.

In the real business world photography is a valid business generating an income for some and photographs have a monetary value.

Apology accepted , I had no idea who put the photo's , I thought I was doing the website and the owner of the photo's a favor, ....Why.... because I love photography as well as GPS's , I to do as I'm asked, I try to avoid argument, I hate offending people and I have not the faintest idea why you seem to target me , I really thought the owner of the photo's would have been pleased to have known someone took an interest in their photo's , Sorry to say that was not the case, There is no way ever I would do anything to any place photo or text make the website look less than 100% for all the world to see ,
And as for the stuffed men, well I feel like them anyhow , and probably look like them so I'll forgive you on that bit of fun,
Maybe in the future if we could work together instead of the opposite each other might be a good thing , Im ready , now it's your turn ,

i don't think it is meant to be used for these type of replies. I might have to have an other talk to Damian regarding this post.

Photos where there last night, you must have seen them they are the one my Mother took on her trip to the west,

The place's New Norcia did not even have a photo before my mother donated these photos (I will tell her one day) so unless you have better photos don't stuff with them..
