Don't know where you live GQ but if you place an ad in your newspaper wanted sectiom you may get a result. You can buy brand new handwinches these days for $350 and as they are a lifetime tool that is not expensive. Even tho I have a hydraulic winch fitted I still carry my handwinch every where.
