Gday all, want to upgrade to a bigger engine, currently got a 4.2 with dts turbo, not interested in the 6.2 chevy, it is out dated. does any body know of any hp common rail diesel engine that will fit?

G'Day Hotfishez,
Have heard, but not seen, of some Cummins engines being put in 'cruisers.
Also heard that you can buy a common rail diesel, bolt-in engine from Brazil, the same manufacturer as the one in the Ford F250
Can't offer any info other than this sorry,
Regards
Rolande

Ring Marks Adaptors or Brunswick Diesel.
They will most likely be the best people to answer your question.

Doesn't the 6.6 Duramax fit in the cruisers? won't fit in the Patrol but I think it does in the Cruiser. As said above, Brunswick would offer good advice or Linquip if you live round Brissy.
Enjoy and keep us posted on your project.
Trevor.
