To all user and Exploroz team:
I, "IAMGQ", have recently posted 2 message. First was about 4wd video on ebay. I received extremely bad response from user"Shirly". However, I do not take this in mind as I know we have freedom to speak whatever we want. His main point was about not allowing so called "SPAM" 4wd message I had posted and affect this
forum.
Anyway, I posted another message regarding to get a winch (ID:5198). Here is what I received from "Shiry"
" bleep ing bleep ster have you not bleep ing tried on bleep ing ebay"
As all of you can see, this user "Shiry" prefer to response with such foul language to a 100%NORMAL MESSAGE. Obviously I DO NOT KNOW whether he took it personal or just he is too sentivity to "GQ" ????????????? Haha....i absolutely understand how you feel "Shiry".
Luckily ExplorOZ Team already prepared such irresponsible user and the system automatically convert all "F" words into the words we can interpret.
If I were ExplorOZ Team, I MUST KICK this bug off the
forum.
Hey, you, "SHIRY BROWN"... If I were you, dig a hole and bog yourself in or never appear in this
forum.................it is shame on you as a four wheeler.

Hey IAMGQ, I think somewhere in your two posts that you've upset this lad, I don't see where though. I read your first about the videos and didn't see anything wrong with it. Strange how someone can interept things to be the opposite to the intention. I get that sort of thing all the time.

We must remember that as humans we get a lot from body language and tone(that we speek in) and either off these, we can miss construe with out voice so I think that we sould keep in mind this when reading posts. Allways read a non agressive meaning into the post and think it through twice most people are not having a go at you!!!!!
Think good before bad, most poeple are good at hart!

Good on ya for standing up to these kinda offensive posts. Personally, the language does not bother me, but, being a polite person, I avoid using potentially offensive language in this
forum, to respect others' veiws.
I really do beleive that "Shirley" has acted in an irrisponsible, and offensive manner, and should be warned, and possibly removed from this
forum.

Sydney did beat us last week. A very derserving win, though. I think the Swans will be serious contenders this year. But the lions form at the moment is awsome, and I must say, they are an incredible team to watch. I was a follower when they were the "Bad news Bears", when we were lucky to win a game at all, so it is just fantastic to see the development over the years, of
Brisbane. Anyway, off my high horse.

Have a look at post ID 5201, the same ebay response was given. Unfortunately, Shirly lacks in creativity and needs to find some new material. I agree with IAMGQ, but I also believe in free speech, catch 22 really.

Interesting but if you look the foul mouthed started with Truckster using the swear words first and IamGQ followed with indicated symbols and other language not in keeping. Shirly Brown just showed up the rude morons for posting eBay adverts and swearing. I could not believe somebody was so ill mannered and showed no consideration to others to post eBay adverts.

The language problem is up to David to Censor if he seems fit,
he would not read every post ,so if it is a problem contact ExploreOz direct.
I don't see the problem of somebody here posting about something he is selling on Ebay if it relates to 4x4Wding, camping etc. again it's up to David to decide.

Everything related to 4wd can be discussed/posted here. It make no difference even I say "Hey, Ebay selling some cheap 4wd video" or "Hey, ARB/TJM/ExplorOZ is selling cheap video" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ask yourself, if see the message is about other company but not ebay, do you still think those messages are not appropriate?
Ask yourself, have my post done any harm to YOU, other user or ExplorOZ.com so far? (except taking you milliseconds longer to load one more message)
As all we know, we can speak freely here as long as not offensive to each others. I repect your opinion. Frankly, look at other users' response and count how many of them object what you think ?

Seems we are running a marathon here......running for the best conclusion.
It's like discussing some endless topic like "Which brand of tyre is the best?" .................
So far, I realize still many people out there may not agree the intention of my post about Ebay. But on the other hand, many user don't think it is not a problem at all.
Little Suzuki, don't you just mention about "trading post" on your last message ? ....... You may sooner or later receive some response.
Well, how about we settle down and forget about whatever happen before and enjoy our time being here to share what we know and learn we can don't know!
