Evening all,
Heading up to the
gold coast for chrissy holidays and want to take the brother in law out for a bit of 4WDing,whats fairly close to the GC?dont mind driving a bit but want something reasonably difficult not a sunday drive.SE Qlders some help would be appreciated.cheers Paul

Some good tracks around the Glasshouse Mountains, sort of in between Wamuran and Landsborough. Nth north west of Caboolture.
A Taste here the later part of this 5 mins photo compilation has some of the better track conditions hehehe.
Otherwise if you are looking for 4wd
park, try cityview near
beaudesert somewhere, I have heard this is OK also.

Can recommend
Tenterfield showgrounds for an overnight stay,
I think it was $14 when we stayed there a few weeks ago.
Toilets and hot showers and walking distance to town.
