Hi All,
Was just wondering if anyone knows of any other 4WD related sites being hacked?
Ours was attacked yesterday and they left a nasty virus on it which downloaded itself when you accessed the site.
Luckily I repaired my computer, but my BIL was not so lucky.
So I am just wondering if it was a random attack, or if its anti 4WD related.
Any thoughts
Cheers Stefan

Yes, the Pathfinders Club was hacked earlier this year too! We had our
forum offline for weeks as a result. That was the second time it had occured. We changed the way memberships were verified in the
forum, and it has not happened again. No new members can post until their details are verified now.

I believe that it is offshore hackers that are the problem, so don't think it is something to do with us as 4wders!

A couple of months ago I came to work on a Monday morning to find the side of our
shop graffiteed. Just mindless vandals again. The only difference you experienced the electronic version

I know the
Newcastle landrover club had a similar issue about 2 weeks ago.
Not sure to what extent but I don't think It was nothing serious, but none the less a pain in the but.
