What size/type thread (more than likely) would the blanking set screw be, in the exhaust pipe on the outlet side of the turbo.
It's a 1hz/ Troopy with after market turbo.
I intend fitting a EGT gauge with a probe adaptor of 1/8 BSP.

Signman,

It would more likely be a pipe thread. 1/4" bsp.

A fitting that would be used for air lines on a compressor would fit.

If you have a screw in type air fitting, the one on you air compressor would do.

Try that to make sure that you have the right size and thread.

Once that you have the correct size pop into the hardware shop and pick up a plug fitting.

Where you get the reduciing bush from Signman? I have an EGT gauge to install (autometer), but it has a 1/8 NPT and i need it to go into a 1/4 NPT port on the exhaust.

Thanks folks.

I managed to source some through Sonsbeek. They already have an order going to a local auto parts place so are just tacking it onto that order for me.

Thanks again!
