Any suggestions to a good caravan park in Philip Island. Planning a holiday there next March. Doesn't need to be too flash and expensive.
Thanks,
Ron.

Ron,

We stayed at The Phillip Island Caravan Park at Newhaven over the weekend. Just over the bridge turn left.

Very quiet spot, lovely park, 400 m walk to small shopping centre with a small supermarket and a very nice, reasonably priced restaurant.

Jim.

Forgot, $27 a night for a powered site, it's a Big4, so you get a discount if a member.

Val there is very friendly, and the beach is at one end of the park, the pub is stumbling distance, and the shops are 200mtrs away.

Its peak periods for cvan parks - so we all pay through the nose. We stayed at the c'park with the indoor pool. only 42$ a night for a powered sight - What a bargain!!! Thank god nat. parks still exist.
