Hi all, I'm planning on taking the family up to Mt Mee some time during the school holidays, so have been reading some of the posts re some trips "Shawsie" has led up there (they sounded lots of fun). They mention driving through "A Break". I can't see this listed on either of my maps. Can anybody tell me what or where it is?
Thanks
PJ.

A Break is roughly 4.7 k (as the crow flies) south of
the Gantry Day Use. It turns north off the Diana's Bath road running past the old Army helicopter pad, Ex Plot 1 and Ex Plot 2.
Somewhere near
Lat 27 deg 8.19m S
Long 152 deg 42.308 E
UTM Zone 56
Easting 470780.7
Northing 6998411.7

Hi Paul - you don't mention it, but do you have the "Dirty Weekends - in South East Qld" " booklet - sold by Aust Post, newsagents, etc?
Page 137 - Tour 8 covers the "D'Agular Range"
Starting Point is Dayboro, through Mt Mee ending at
Woodford.
Can have lunch at either the Forestry day centre or at Neurum
Creek camping area.
A very interesting drive -
well worth doing. As the notes say "sections 25 - 34 and 41-45 are extremely steep.. requires experience, good ground clearance and tyres......."
The cafe/
bakery at
Woodford would have to be 5 star.
