WAECO brackets URGENT!!!

Guys and girls ,with the brackets that you get with a waeco to bolt it down to the floor with the belt strap, does the bracket go on the outside or inside of the transit bag.
PLEASE!!!!!

My waeco fridge slide bracket goes on the outside of the transit bag.
