can any one tell me in detail on how to save the icon to file that says .....Position & Set Map Comments on Map....this is at the top of the ozi explorer icon bar .. I need to know how to save it and then be able to load it agaiin with out it disappearing ..........some of the other items next to it seem to have their own file for saving too but not this one

Hello George - Map comments are saved to the "map" file i.e. the calibration file of the map image that is loaded when you "Position & Set Map Comments on Map". After placing the comment on the map you need to save the "map" file - you can either

- save the original file - click on red highlighted "Map" text near top right of screen

or

- create a new one (so as to keep the original) - FILE - SAVE TO FILE - SAVE MAP FILE - and choose a different name to orignal.

The Ozi help file explains a few things on map comments so have a read of that as well
