turbo servicing

What's involved in servicing of a turbo. Mine is a factory Nissan one on a GU series TD42? Should I just take it to a professional?

Since its a TD42T GU it would still be under warranty?

Why not let them do it at the next service, keeps them happy with warranty....

Base I always take my truck to a professional that has a dyna linked to a computer and get them to give it a run its amazing the results.

Eric I'm in Cairns, where are you based? How good is Ray hall turbo? They are just opposite to where I work. The car is a 99 model so out of warranty.

Try Lee Holman at Newell st in Cairns, he is the Safari agent but also sets up turbos on his dyno He did an excellent job of stting up my DTS turbo Cheers RobCairns Offroad Training & Tours

basecamp15 , I don't think your question re what's involved in servicing etc. has been answered. I'd like to know also re frequency. Mines aftermarket on td42. Cheers DRC.
