Afternoon all,
Is there anyone on the Central Coast NSW who can re-programme a Codan 9323 and a remote 9330 head. (Preferably around Gosford)

Currently I have VKS 737 in the box which I am licensed to use and do. There are heaps of other frequencies which I am not licensed use and therefore don't.

I want to set up Radtel, Reids, RFDS and HF Radio club to listen to and gain an idea which ones will suit me. Once I have the background I will join the right service.

Cheers

Provided you don't have an early model 9323 you can program it yourself from the front panel.Check out this website:

You can't modify the options using that method. i.e. selcall etc.

I had an early model 9323 and while I couldn't program TX frequencies,I could change the selcall number from the front face.

Yes, as long as the menu's not locked you can do that anyway. But what you can't do is to give a new frequency selcall or emergency call...or change the sideband or access AM. But I'm getting ahead of myself here, because it's possible to get them modded to do that and more.
