I'm looking for someone with a 4WD who would be keen on a trip from
Townsville to
Perth, and back starting around April '08. I'm currently overseas and looking to do this trip when I get home. My mate has just pulled off this trip with his vehicle so I would like a second car and some more people along for the fun. Plan to do the
Birdsville Track,
Oodnadatta Track and Anne Beadell HWY.
There's three of us who are keen to go so you can just take yourself if you want. I drove
Townsville to
Perth and back last year driving the Plenty Hwy,
Boggy Hole Track, Great Central Hwy, John
Holland Track, Tanimi Rd and Sandover Hwy.
