Move it to Australia. Apart from that I am unable to air my
views on this subject in any manner that would be appropriate here.

At least the residents along the route won't be burying family members this year.

I've calmed down a bit now.
I think Ronnie Barrett from way down in Tennessee summed it up best with those immortal words about his new invention .......
"the Barret Light 50.....reach out and touch someone":-)))))))
Barrett .50cal
Bag a Rag!
On a happier note, how about the Great Aussie, trans continental Cape to Cape Race?
Cape York QLD to Cape Leeuwin WA! Now that's got to be an epic adventure in anyone's book and would bring immeasurable benefits to tourism for
Australia.

I'm somewhat amazed by the language being used in posts in this thread. We really aren't a tolerant nation are we. Using terms like nappy head, hanky head, rag head etc is in the same league as coon or nigger.
I'm sure this response will fire a few people up and people will complain about political correctness etc, but this is the same sort of intolerance that breeds fundamentalism in
young people on the "other side" of the fence.
Shame about the Dakar though.

Get over it Scubes, there is quite a bit of difference between the terms used here compared to those you added.
You cant really say that hanky head is in the same league as the word coon or nigger.
