Hello, I would like to replace the headlight bulb in my 80 series & currently I'm struggling with the retaining clip.
Is there anything particular I need to know about getting the bulb out from behind it?

I am not sure if I should unclip it from the top or the bottom, or turn it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

theres usually one end that has a little hook well its like a hook but keeps going till it joins back on to it selfyon it that you usually have to push in towards the globe then slide it over a little hook bit in the actual head light.
good luck

Hi Baybreeze,
As Graham said you have to turn it.
It may help if you mark the top of the clip with a felt tip marker so when you are replacing it, you have it orientated correctly as it is hard to see if doing it from the engine compartment
