I have just updated the changes to edition 4.
If you are planning to use the book in the near future it might pay to update the info as many sites have closed or been restricted to self contained vehicle.

Hi Ray.
I hope not. It appears that editions are published every 2 years(February).This edition was published Feb 2007.
