Unemployed for a week

well I have left the Ventnor hotel yesterday( Sunday) after being there 9 years
I am just heading down to the pub now for combined going away & birthday drinks with customers & staff all on the boss i might add
Now i have a whole week off before i start @ the Warooka
i dont know what to do with myself (MUCH) lol
i have menues to prepare ingredient lists to complete suppliers to contact menu boards to write menus to print
wonder what i will do with all my spare time while i am unemployed for a week

I too look forward to meeting a great a Chef......i believe he is going to do all the cooking at the Gathering ....well so I was told by an unamed member of this site

Yep mate, good on ya, I would love to drop over for a visit but holidays are scarce this year, oh well maybe a weekend trip next year.
