Hi! 4 wheelers. Had no replies to my previous question so thought I would post it with a new topic heading.
I am seriously considering changing my GQ for the new 4.8P GU. I currently have an Nissan (ARB) steel bull bar on the GQ. Has been a good bar but in over 200,000 kms has not been tested in anger. The odd minor altercation but nothing to alter it's shape. I like the look of the TeamPoly Smartbar and they tell a plausible story about how good it is. Has anyone any experience with or information about the Smartbar's performance etc.? Thanks guys and gals for any help.

I don’t think that many people would have had actual experience with them but for what it is worth I remember reading that their mounting points are quite weak and it is likely that an encounter with large roo could totally damage the bar.
