2 types out there !

One is for internal use ( be nice ) walls, ect, useless outside vehicle, but will work for a short while.

The other has waterproof glue and is UV resistant.

Got some from Autobarn in Wonthaggi, for my "roo whistlers" and been there for nearly 3 years.

The black stuff is outdoor grade.

The white stuff is indoor only.

Auto accessory places sell it - eg Repco

Use the one that is thin and black in colour. It has green outer peel away film.

How much do you need? All Glass shops have some(my neighbour is a glazier). I have a few rolls. Where are you situated? I am in Safety Bay

Thanks Matt

All i need is enough to do the job...If I could score about a meter or so it would be more than enough.

I'll call your mobile and arrange something over the weekend. I live in Kojonup.

Much appreciated

Andrew

Hey Matt

I'm heading into Albany tomorrow then off the Bremer for the rest of the week for some R&R

I'll drop by Bunnings Albany to see of I can get some of the tape there, save giving you a hassle.

The only way to get it from you to me would post anyway so I'll try and save the inconvenience.

If can't get any, I'll get back to you but thanks heaps for offer in the 1st place.

Australia..you gotta love it!

cheers

For use inside or outside the car get some genuine 3M stuff.

They have high temperature stuff that wont peel off.

Its the stuff thats used on Etoll stickers here in Brisbane.

If u want stuff to allow removal and replacing they have stiuff called Twinlock which looks similar to velcro but isnt.

Is about $10 a meter but I had a 3 1/2 in screen under the roof console and it sat in the sun every day for months and never came off .

Well worth the money but you have to go to the 3M warehouse in Brissy to get it. Dont know about other cities.

A panebeater would be a good place to get a small amount as they use it to put trims back on.
