Postponed closure of CDMA

Hi
I have just heard on the news that the closure of CDMA has been postponed.
Reason given is that government does not agree that next G matches CDMA reception.
Also anyone having legitimate need for a blue tick phone should get one for free.
This will be interesting. What about the thousands of us that have already made the move because of threats from Telstra?
