Hi Guys and Guyesses
Just got back from doing the Abercrombie Trek. For those of you outside of NSW this is a trek that is rated Medium and takes in the
Abercrombie River National Park area around
Oberon. Start point is
Black Springs and takes in about 87km of very scenic and often gob smacking scenery. Met some great people (e-mail addresses all noted) and had an awesome time. Could have done without the small amount of snow I ran into near
Oberon on sat and sat night was a tad chilly, thank god for the -5 rated sleeping bag. If anyone is interested it was the trek as outlined in "4WD
Treks Close To Sydney" page 23. All trek notes and gps co-ordinates were spot on. A simply awesome trek.
Well worth it.

G'day Kiwi, good to see you out and about in the rough stuff. I would like to have a go at it , maybe not until August, but. Did you get my email re Yerranderie to
Hill End? Don't use my previous email address as it is playing up. Use bubnkez@optushome.com.au Seeya, Roscoe.
