Anyone know of any reason why not to go to a Bearepairs or Bob Jane store etc for an alignement check on the cruiser?

Is there a specialist place in Perth for this type of thing? anything I need to know?

Cheers.

I know this is in Tassie, but we have always purchased our tyres from Beaurepaires and each time they have balanced and done a wheel alignment and we have had no problems.

If you get the same service in Perth as we get here i don't think you will have any complaints.

Its all down to the machine and operator.
Few years back I took my old 100 series to a Bob Jaynes at Joondalup, here in WA, and it pulled bloody awfful to one side after the guy had played with it! ! took it back and the same guy said it was right but the tyres was causing it!
Anyway was not happy with the explanation so took it to another branch of same outfit in Osbourne park (for no charge) and the guy was amazed how far out it was! when I explained it had just been checked at their other branch he declared that either the machine was out or the operator was bleep *d!
When the new guy had finished it was perfect with no more pulling!

Andrew,

Some years ago I had steering wandering problems with the 80, after a number of alignments I went to Wilkinson Suspensions in Bayswater with instant success. Just a suggestion, I haven't needed to go there again.

Cheers, Jerry
