I own a 84 Viscount pop top with AL-KO coupling. The coupling was the pressed metal type 1 7/8" (that has been replaced with a cast one 50mm).What part of the system stops the brakes coming on when reversing, as this set up does not have the catch that flips over to lock out the brakes found on some systems.
Thanks

The flip over stopper must be lost at some stage. You can buy them as a spare part from
places like Camec. Just make sure it is the right coupling. The other option is to talk to Alko.
