On previous occasions I have just clicked on 'Get Waypoints', under the interactive map, to download the track and waypoint files. Today, however, I have tried several
treks but nothing is happening. Is this part of the system down at present?

There are a few other links but you are right it is a little hidden. I am working on this and when I get the thing re-written it will be featured a lot more in and around the
places system and trek systems.

It seems the old way of getting to looks a plot file was when viewing
Treks but on the new up-dated ones I can't seem to fined the link.
Cheers

Things still are not as they were...
In Oct '07 I went to
Treks...Vic...Corryong to
Omeo.
Under the map (which wasn't headed, 'Interactive Map') it said...
Zoom ..Get Map and Waypoints
When I clicked Get Map and Waypoints, I got...
Download Options
Download Plt
Download Wpt
Download Map ..... and bingo, make your choice and an email was sent with the details.
Now, the Corryong to
Omeo, as most of the others, does not present this way.
I have been going through the
Treks and have found one so far that still comes up this old way ie
Googs Track
I need to be able to get wpts and ptl for
Walkers Crossing and the 5
Treks listed under
Warraweena. These
treks we will do before or after the National Gathering.
Plot Swap doesnt do what I used to do. HELP!

Rob,
It is my fault - I have not finshed the access to the treknote files as yet. There are just so many projects and not enough resources to get them all done.
We are productising our trek note products a little more and hence access to certain functions does not yet work. It is expected that members will be able to download trek waypoints etc without credit requirements (this is not final yet but is one of the ideas). I am writing the get waypoints button to deliver a GPX file of the waypoints which can be used in Ozi or any other GPS data product. This will appear in the treknote (the link is shown but does not yet work).
I expect it to be running shortly I just have to finish off the
shop updates and then am going back to
treks and plots.
