I gotta say this company is the best ever for customer service.
I bought two 760CCA Supercharge Gold batteries last May 07,and they have been performing as expected until last week I noticed one of the inspection eyes was showing clear, they are usually green.
Tested the battery and it was OK so I tapped the battery top hard a few times and the eye turned green but was obviously sticking.
Spoke to the retailer who I bought them from and he in turn spoke with Supercharge that afternoon.
Rang me back last Friday and said bring the battery in and we will give you a new one to replace it --- no questions, no hassle, just straight up "if it isn't right we'll put it right".
Bl#*dy good people.
No affiliation, don't even know who they are but they sure won me.
