i av a rip in my canopys perspex and im tryin to repair it.....what is the thing called that melts the canopy too the perspex.. thank u

That would be a 'Canopy too the perspex melter' ..available at all good hardware stores ..

It would help a great deal if you were a bit more descriptive to enable others to visualise your problem.
You say "rip in canopy perspex". Now, to my knowledge perspex is something solid and does not 'rip', it cracks.
So, is that clear material you are referring to solid or flexible? Both types are used on boats.
Helpful suggestions would depend on the answer to that.
