Kev & Darkie
I sent a request to ARB via the net to get a current Price list as
Gladstone does not have an outlet. Closest is
Rockhampton I think.
All they deemed that I required was the latest glossy cattledog. I specifically requested the price list and not the cattle dog as you can view all their products online but not the prices.
What do I do now??
Send another request or what
Cheers Kev

They clearly don't understand English, or want your business. Give them what they want.
Shop elsewhere (TJM or OL).
Fire another email back to them with a link to this
forum.

Gary,
ATM the only found 1 accessory place in
Gladstone and it appears to do a bit of everything.
I may have to see if they have what I want (an ARB price list)
I don't want to buy anything in the immediate future but I like to have an idea of what they cost approximately so I can con SWMBO for the finances LOL
Cheers Kev

I bloody hope not Al,
SWMBO suggested that we get rid of the Missan X Trail today as I get a vehicle with work, and that means more cash to spend on Darkie ;))

Must be a mistake - they seem to hand both out freely, as a rule.
Hit 'em agin !

That is why I only asked for the price list as the prices are the only things that seem to change. The latest cattledog does not even show the 200 Series even though they have released products for it.

There are now many reputable 4wd outlets other than ARB. I reckon they have gotten so big now that they have forgotten about the customer.

Leroy,
I like to have a copy of the ARB price list as it gives an indication of what accessories cost. I had predominately TJM stuff on the Triton so Brand does not concern me. I don't know of any other manufacturer that has a regular up to date price list available to the general public.
If there is let me know and I'll get one ( I prefer a hard copy to an online one).
Cheers Kev
PS
ARB does stand for Arrogant Rude Bastards ;))

Kev,
If you want, I can drop in tomorrow and get the price list for you, I live 2 mins from their Nudgee H/O. If you give me postal details (via MM of course) I will even get it in the post tomorrow for you. Just let me know what vehicles it is for in case they have different price lists for different vehicles (off memory they don't but you never know).
Not sure if they have a listing for a 50 series cruiser......half a 100 series LOL!!!
Cheers, Trevor.

Mr Ribbit......
I mean Trevor, LOL
From the details on the envelope it came from Nudgee H/O so the office wench must be having one of those weeks ha ha
I thought only Des Lexic had a 50 Series although I do like his choice of colours ;))
The price list covers all their range and is about the same thickness as the glossy cattledog.
I'll send them another email and get them to pay for the postage ha ha I should return to sender the unwanted cattledog.
Cheers Kev

Russel in rocky or the guys at head office will sort it out.
I am sure it was an honest mistake made by someone just like me or you.
Just mention you have been sent the gloooosy stuff by mistake.
It probly takes a couple of months from taking photos to getting the cattle dog on the selfs, so a little unrealistic to expect a 200 to be in there already, plus they probly get 30,000 printed per issue and thee would need to be sent out before organising new batch
