Hi, I am soon to be looking for new tyres for my Series II Disco. Can anyone tell me of a tyre place around Brisvegas that are fair priced with good genuine service.
And any feed back on tyre type will help - somewhere around 70-30 offroad??
Cheers
Jason

jjt98,
If you are talking 70-30 offroad perhaps stick with the michelins as they are a great tyre in most conditions excluding mud/clay.i will go BFG all terrain though next time round for good all round use, wear and toughness but with more off road bias than you would use.

Hi Jason - Try Artic Tyres at Rocklea just after Oxley creek/wreckers (on LHS of
Ipswich Rd when driving toward
Brisbane). Ask for Steve.
They did the best price for me on Toyo's Open country. The first set was Muds for the GU, then A/T for the van.
Apart from best price, they always hand tighten all wheel nuts, and attention to detail is very thorough.
no association etc - just very satisfied customer.
One other source worth checking is Kmart Auto - picked up a set of Bridgestones for the Forrester for $142 each. Local tyre
places just couldn't come close..................Keith
