hi,im a Amateur radio op and wonder how many other ops there are travelling??? Is the Travellers Net still on 14.116 Daily? Think it was Peter VK6HH that used to run the net...
Got HF VHF UHF all onboard plus Cb,Flying Doctor,so i should have plenty to talk to LOL..

Yep, we're out here, although some of us travel more than others :)) AFAIK the Travellers Net is still going.
As for UHF and VHF...
well it depends where you are of course. Not much use in the
Gibson desert, but a great way to break the ice and perhaps get directions when in a new town.

I think there's also a 10.123 Mhz Net at 0700 Eastern..

Peter VK6HH passed away a few years ago. The last I knew was that Roy VK6BO was running the show but desperate for some assistance.
