I have noticed that when I go to
places Index it takes quite a while before I can get the cursor to move,it just freezes up for maybe up to 30/35 seconds, once a place has been selected and that page opens all is fine , any other website I visit , the
forum etc I don't have any problems, was wondering if it's all the moving and scrolling adds slowing things down ,Is anyone else experiencing this problem.

DougT, it looks and smells like EI (Equine Influenza)
It is EO (Everyone Offluenza) it is a new strain on humans and computers, firstly it is caught by computers and passed on to humans by touching the key boards.
Cure is to keep right away from key boards for 12mths, notify everyone you know and tell them the cure.
Don't touch your GPS as you can infect it by touching the keys, disinfect every thing that has a key, even your truck / house and letter box.
Hope you find a cure :-())))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Doug,
Just back to the ofice after a work trip to
Brisbane and I noticed it yesterday doing a demo. The problem will be related to adding the baloons of the updated
places to the map at the bottom. I am not sure why and will investgate. I have only seen it once however I will at least be able to make some mods to get around it. I may make the loading of updated
places a button on the map so you need to push it to bring up the updated list. This will at least have the effect of making the page load without the extra request to get the update locations. I will add this today.

OK thanks, I thought I would bring it to your attention as you request members to do, Probably on ADSL and Cable high speed connections it may not be such an issue as it can be with Bigpond wireless, It will be interesting to see what difference your Mods make.
