G'day,

I think the shape of the main external bracket would be quite different (the one that bolts to the chasis bracket and goes over the bumper).

Would check with Kaymar as the chassis widths are different on the IFS models. They are about 45mm wider apart than the Solid axle model. I found out when I bought the wrong towbar and it was too short one end. LOL
Not sure about you model but best to check.

Graham
The 04 std is still a 105 with solid front diff...same chassis dont know about bumperbars, but if they are different, they should be able to be swapped too.

Should fit then I guess I wasnt sure but I got a solid front towbar and it doesnt fit my 2005 GXL.
Bumpers are much the same as I got a 99 with the towbar and it appeared the same.
I got a Kaymar wheel carrier and luckily got the bumper with it all drilled etc and even the correct colour All up cost me $450
I might still have the fitting instructions if u need them. One thing you will need is longer bolts if you have a towbar fitted. Need to be at least 10mm longer than whats there now as they are only just long enough with the towbarWell at least mine were.

Sorry,

As above, thought the 100 series came out in '99. The chasis is the same for all live axle 105 cruisers (and bumpers!) I had a '99 live axle GXL and the rear wheel carrier brackets are exactly the same as the 2004 std model I have now. Thought you meant 80 series.
