I dont think there any other specific Commercial CT kitchen builders. Would seem Luke has that market cornered.
Some individual CT makers do sell kitchens. I know Complete
Campsite do, not sure of the others . . . sorry.
If you building yourself a camper , you could probably build your own kitchen with not much fuss . . . thats what I did.

A cabinet maker may be another option.

Not sure if you're after a pull out style or one that
swings off the tailgate.
Anyway, if I can help, give me a call on 03 9706 6527 and I'll talk you through the best way to do it.
Jim.

the one in my cavalier camper was a $900 option, but worth every penny.
just had a quick look at their site and couldn't see the steel one i've got (2001 model), but they do some wooden ones.
they might sell you one seperately.
just a thought.

If you're building your own camper then why not make your own kitchen? It would be easy, cheap and exactly what you want.
$1000 for a drifta, I made
mine for around $250 in total including cooker, fittings and s/steel cooker lining (that cost $80 itself). Have a look at the pics on my rig page.
