I'd heard he was prowling around the deep dark North so it'd be odds on he'd drop in for a visit

Glad to see they all arrived safely.

Footie, he's huffing and puffing now he's discovered that I put the Post in - actually he's reading Outback magazine whilst waiting for the painkillers to kick in - his back is hurting him. Then we are going out onto the verandah of the new half-house for drinkies and cheese platter to watch the sun go down before we have roast beef and plenty of Merlot. The new trailer looks - NEW!

Yep, just checked Google Earth and there's smoke rising around that area...must be out of his ears. LOL
You guys have fun. They've both been very busy while in the area and I guess it must be time for some R@R.

Hello Ruth.

Could you please let Willem and Judith know I said hello from SA and look forward to seeing them both when they get back here.

Maybe he might just read it :)

Happy and safe travels to you both

Cheers Luke

Hi Luke, he was passed out early last night - and they left here at 6:00 am - hoping for Bourke tonight and home tomorrow - but they have a spare day up their sleeve if needs be. I think he was maybe not so well this a.m. - we had a great R & R day yesterday with lots of trips down memory lane. He will read this when he gets home because he's terrified of what else I might write about him - LOL! Can't believe how restrained I've been actually. Ha ha.
