Just wanted to know if a return to centre steering damper is a good idea.
Is it suitable for on road and offroad driving.
Its for a 2002 100 series Cruiser.

Posting this for a friend his steering damper is shot and he is just wondering if he should fit a standard item or return to centre after market .

Cheers Scoof . :-)

In reality it's really your 5th shock absorber so the better tougher one you put on the nicer the ride

Got one put on our old 80 series after suspension lift and it made it soooooo much better to drive...and brake...I almost felt like I was gonna go over the gutter and into the shops if I didnt hang on tight enough!!LOL!!!

Suitable for both a.f.a.i.k.......go after market!

Had one on my LC80 and loved it. Made a huge difference, especially when your running big wheels/tyres as well. Definately recomend them.
