The article was critical in the fact that it said that tax payers were forced to pay for the park upkeep and not the visitors.
So visitors do not pay tax at all.; Foohey. n Bull pat.
This is what we all pay taxes for .
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Cheers Dodg.

Sanity prevails. Now could all states please come into line so that we could have a uniform (non)fee structure across the whole country, not the higgeldy piggeldy mess we have at the moment. In NSW the fee structure is a disgrace. There is a park in western NSW where you are supposed to pay a sizeable fee just to stop and have lunch there!

Cheers,

Val.

Fees for EVERYTHING in NSW will only increase.

The NSW Govt has to find $2000 Million to build a Desalination plant (enough to build TEN new hospitals) - even though our dams are now 60 percent full !

But this doesn't even include the money that will need to be spent to build the Windpower stations that they promised to supply the huge amount of power a Desal plant needs.
