Have you tried this?

Australia: Phone 1300 135 604 Monday - Friday: 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST

If you aren't computer literate, I doubt whether you would get much help from an email anyway.

what version TT do you have? is it the version with the removable SD memory card with all the maps etc on it. i think mine is version 1 and is like that. i will try remember what i did to fix mine and let you know over the weekend all going well (depending on model??)

if you are able to use a friends computer with xp on it you may have more luck

When you connect TT to computer do you get any indication at all that there is a viable connection between the two? If the two are not talking then it would pay to check the compatabiity of the software supplied with TT. If it is not Windows Vista Certified then that could be the problem. Check to see if TT have an upgrade (patch) or something similar. It is however possible to go into Control Panel where you can choose to have a program (software) run under whatever version of Windows you desire - a kind of emulation or something similar. Good luck
