I saw a demo some time ago of a series of rope tie down (hooks) that you coud tension up easily ... so easily that you could use them as a lifting arrangement- hoist loads with ... can't remember their name - any one help me ?

Check the next Caravan/Camping Show in your State. Regular exhibitor at such shows with hands on demonstrations. Hitchmaster is noe such brand. yes they do work and are great to have on hand.

Yep - Hitchmaster - bought
mine a few months back at a van show - has been a good idea for me - I wrote a brief comment on it in post 52921.
