navman s30 error

2 days ago i bought a navman s30 gps mapping system. worked beautifully untill this afternoon where it promptly sent me down the wrong way [not against traffic].,but the opposite direction to my intended location.
then you could see the unit "thinking" where upon it promptly to me to do a U Turn as soon as possible...LOL
i guess nothing is perfect... cheers Rod

Why should I buy a Navman,TomTom or any similar device, my navigator does that sort of thing to me even more frequently than any machine could.

The maps, especially in the TomTom One, are slightly out of date in
places. On a number of occasion TomTom has tried to quide us into a fenced paddock....lo
On the whole it is quite a bit of fun and has saved the personal navigator from paging through a paper map with indistinct type whilst travelling.
