Just a small bit we got while at Wedderburn last weekend, while detecting. Temps are still very dry here in Vic, we are actually praying for rain at the moment (even while we are camping!)Image Could Not Be Found

Uncle, I wonder if that's where most of the "gold" is, in selling the gear?
I read a bit now and then and it appears that the stuff is everywhere just waiting for you.
And the latest detectors make the whole thing a snack.
Yeah, right !!
It's always been an interest of mine, but from a distance. Love to yarn to the guys, but it's strange how they all have the same glint in their eyes. :))

Footy, its getting harder each year to find it, in Vic, been coming down here for over 20 yrs now and in the heat over the last 3 weeks, w've only managed a little over an ounce. Temps are set to drop to 21 deg on Thurs next week so we'll be into it again when it cools down, been relaxing a bit in the water while its hot.

Uncle, good luck mate. Hope you find a ton of the stuff, but if not, you'll still have had a great time by the looks of things :))

Good luck to you Uncle, looks like the precious is going up over $US1000 an ounce tonight. You'll only need a couple to pay for your trip and a couple more for the gear.
Sheila.
