What is the best way to wire them together to go through my regulator

Hi Stewart,
The regulators should be isolated with diodes to prevent one panel feeding back to the other. There will most likely be a diode already provided in the connection box on the back of the panel.
Basically, connect the negative connections of the panel together, then to the negative input of the regulator, then connect a diode to the positive connection of each panel, with the arrow of the diode pointing away from the + lead of the panel; ie the arrows pointing towards each other. Then connect the combined output of the diodes to the + solar input of the regulator.

typo!
I meant the panels should be isolated with diodes, not the regulators (duh!)
