Engine swap - Rocky diesel into 4Runner???

Hi everyone,
I have a very sick 4Runner with the 2.8L diesel. Am still investigating, maybe if I'm lucky it'll just be the head gasket, but I'm not that hopeful... But I have the chance to get a Rocky 2.8L diesel turbo engine and gearbox for cheap. I have heard that the Rocky motors are related to the Toyota ones. Does anyone have any experience with swapping these - either just the motor (for preference - I like the Toyo gearbox better) or the motor, g/b and transfer combined?
