I have a Motorola Syntrx. The insulation on the microphone coily cord is coming off so I need to replace it. I bought a new cord the other day, only to find out today that I need a 7 strand one, not a standard 6 strand. Anyone know where to buy the right cord?
I tried Motorola - they don't support it anymore.

Tried to contact this guy (DJM Electronics) since you gave me his number but all I get is an answering machine. Is he still in business?
Cheers
