What sort of an outcome were you expecting??

After Mike Harding had stern words with them them were left shuddering in their Cooper Tyres.

GT,

John makes those kind of humerous??? remarks at times.

Even gets as sharp as to call the PM Dudd and his Deputy Dillard. Takes some kind of bright mind, comments like that.

He's got a problem with Mike and won't let it go. They disagree on some issues. Doesn't seem to bother Mike, he deals maturely with those who have differing opinions.

Buggered if I understand.

Jim

The point is John, you allow your bias to to cloud your vision.

Lighten up a little and take a more objective view of life.

Cheers,

Jim.

Somehow I think its not my bias thats the issue and I certainly don't believe that I have a clouded view of anything.

The issue of using derogatory terms to describe our political leadership is ageless and in my view a very Australian way of taking the pi$$ out of same.
How many on here over the years have called John Howard by a few choice words and never seen you get upset at those comments. (Or me for that matter)
Maybe its a point of personal political sensitivity to name call the leadership of the political party of your persuasion??

Cheers

John

My political bias??

I refer you to post 52035. Please examine my comments vis a vis yours.

I've learnt not to make politically biased comments, I find it serves no purpose and haven't done so for ages.

I too can laugh at witty nick names. I nearly wet my pants when I heard Rudd referred to as the Milky Bar Kid. But Dudd? That's schoolyard stuff.

And you've got to get over the thing with Mike. He actually does have some extremely intelligent and relevant things to say.

Regards,

Jim.

Dudd, Milky Bar Kid or Elmer Fudd as someone in the other post called him, its all the same call it what you will.
I noticed you did not pick up on any of these other posters descriptions with a derogatory tone of disapproval???

Contrary to what you think about my thoughts on Mike (Yawn!!) he has no effect on me. (Seems to be an issue for you though???)
Its actually quite amusing to watch him attempt to profess his own self importance and then duck for cover when taken to task.
