Cooktown to Cooktown via the Cape June 08

What a bugger!!. We (2 adults, 2 kids (6 and 9)) will be doing the same trip in our travels but dont think we would be able to get across to Cooktown for June.

plenty of others will be out and about in june.we are not leaving melbourne for the cape until 30th june,be up that way about the 4/5th july.enjoy Paul

We too (2 adults 2 rugrats 8 & 6) will be leaving Karratha on the 1st of July, across the top to the tip of Cape York, back down to Cooktown, thru the Atherton tablelands to Longreach , Winton across to NT, Katherine, Broome then home, all in all 3 months on the road.

Will know doubt run into ExplorOz forumites along the way, we hope for a couple of quiet Bundys and the odd Corona, oh and a chat as well !!

Yep we will in the area keep and eye out for the brown 60 series.
