As far as I'm aware Lyndon, you can only upload an excel file to Members Fileswap and the new Blog section.

If the document contains only text , copy the text and paste it to the site as where you always type a message. If the document contains a photo, copy the photo to ...ie the desktop and upload it using Insert Image button.

You've also got the Redbook prices.

Its pretty hard to convince insurance companies that all the accessories are worth money. They usually just up the premium, because they figure its a greater risk for theft.
