I was travelling in Europe (Slovakia) in a campervan when we saw this ad 'camping - SPA'. So off we headed (me & the missus) to find that a spa in that part of Europe means one where your clothes are left at home. Needless to say my better half was not ammused so we did not hang (excuse the pun) around too long.

G'day MAC1

There are bore baths at:

Pilliga - Free

Burren Junction - Free (or used to be anyway - google Walgett Council)

Moree - Pay

Lots of grey nomads camp at the bore at Burren junct - esp during winter. Not much to do in the village but there are a few services / drinking places there

Cheers

Mac1,
Burren Junction has one just out of town. Its free and comes with a toilet, cold shower...but lovely hot baths. I was there earlier this year and it was closed for upgrade and cleanout. May be reopened by now.

Another worth considering is in the small town of Boomi. Which is near Moree. Hema map24 B4.
Entry fee is $3 per head per day and if you wish to camp there it is $4 for power per night.
The caretaker kindly left the place open for us at night so we could use the facilities. Population is 50 and they are keen to bring visitors into town to try and grow their facilities. Only business in town is now the pub.

Moree - both at the local van park and at the public pool. Stay at the van park and enjoy the spa as part of the price of accommodation.
