Finally the deed is done, the old trusty girl is gone and made room for a shiny Jeep.
Don't need a big wagon anymore for work and the Cruiser was ready to be retired. I have now bought the Jeep I always dreamed of owning.
Will miss the old 80 series though, the most reliable beast we ever owned and it got us to some nice places.......

Hey Kiwi, my workmate suggested "topless Chick" but i reckon that's not quite right hey.....

Feels good to drive it, its an auto too. Makes you feel kinda unemployed at times. Cant wait to take it out bush next week....

Jeeps are a real mixed bag of old and new.

Bit of a character, tough, flawed, exciting.

Ready to attack the elements.

Why not call it: The GYMP

as in "Bring out the GYMP." (Pulp Fiction).

I'm glad I ain't too scared to be lazy

Very nice Udo, but you are making me jealous,

Terri suggested calling the beast Freddo (frog) but I think it should be 'Der Hulk', (green and tough).

Are you going to change your member name to Jeepman1961 ?

Here's to many happy 4wd trips.

Cheers
Kev

Never mind what you are going to name the new jeep. What are you going to call yourself? You can't call yourself Cruiserman anymore.

Just keep on 'cruising in a Jeep hey? My daughter decided on "The green machine". So that takes the thinking part off me I suppose....

Have a good day all!

Call it KOBI

Number plate is KOB

KOBI is a turkish acronym

What does KOBI stand for?
Kucuk & Orta Buyuklukte Isletmeler (Turkish: Small and Medium Sized Companies)

Just about fits the bill, small and medium sized.

As in Obi-wan Kenobi

Bit more there than you first see. :o)
